SONIQS PXX Polypropylene Capacitors
Specially developed to meet the audiophile needs of speaker builders, the Soniqs PXX capacitors are wound using a 6µm (250Vdc
rated) polypropylene film. After resin coating and heat treatment the insulated copper terminals are hand soldered to give the best
possible connection.
The inherently low dissipation and dielectric absorption factors of polypropylene allied with an excellent mechanical stability results in a
highly detailed sonic performance. The construction also results in a low self-inductance and ESR and the devices are highly stable with
regard to temperature and frequency.

SONIQS PIO Paper In Oil Capacitors
Soniqs Audiophile Grade PIO Paper In Oil capacitors are specially hand wound using high purity aluminium foil with oil impregnated paper dielectric, totally immersed in oil for optimum damping and acoustic isolation. Sealed in an aluminium can with hand soldered copper lead out wires, Soniqs PIO are ideal for use wherever high purity, low distortion capacitors are required for optimum signal transfer. The 'line' on the label denotes the end connected to the outer foil for those who like to 'align' capacitors to the source. These capacitors have been specially designed to pass the signal without any audible character being added to the sound. As a result all you hear is the natural, dynamic range of the original signal. Specially developed for use in valve amplifiers as coupling capacitors. Specially developed for the demanding audiophile, the SoniqsSAX capacitors are wound using a 10µm (630Vdc rated) polypropylene
film and then sealed in resin. Following a special heat treatment cycle, insulated copper terminals are hand soldered to give the best
possible connection.
The inherently low dissipation and dielectric absorption factors of polypropylene allied with an excellent mechanical stability results in an
extremely detailed sonic performance. The construction also results in a low self-inductance and ESR and the devices are highly stable
with regard to temperature and frequency. If you want to upgrade your amplifier or pre-amplifier this is the way to do it!
