My name is john, I am a new member to World Designs.
As a result of a recent PM sent to bob orbell about a suitable preamp to replace of a KLP1, to partner with a 845 valve push/pull monoblock. He suggested I contact you as you have a 845 set up with a Pre III.
I have recently returned to HiFi after a long absence, so feel very much out of touch with how the DIY world has evolved. I am at present reassembling my old hifi components, and have decided to have a 845 project that is 50% complete taken to full completion.
Any thoughts you could offer on preamp partnering to 845's, would be very much appreciated as I feel a improved preamp will become a important addition in the near future.
