Well John, the valves in question came from Watford Valves about 10 years ago, I found then too bright for my system so changed to JJ's, I only used them for about a week, I have had other issues...

Wiggers, I had all 4 valves running in my amp yesterday for about 10 minutes and all was fine, if one has blown, but I hope not, I may have another, hopefully it will be the capacitor connected in...

Not as quick as me Phil, I have just posted Wiggers 3 fuses and 4 valves, and I have not even looked to see if I have been payed :eek:. Bob

You tern it upside down and remove the bottom panel screws, now I am not pushing, but I have 4 Svetlana winged C KT88 valves that I dont use, they have only been used from new for about a week,...

Last year I was with Admiral, on my old Mondeo, 187.00, this year they sent a quote of over 500.00, of course, I no longer had that car, and the provider for the new one is Saga, but I bet next...

Hi Colin and all, John was talking about the heater current, the 5881 transformer is rated at 4 amps MAX, Gary is drawing 1.2 amps over MAX, this will do the transformer no good. Bob
