This seems to have fixed a number of connection issues I was having after Creators with HP printer and Squeezebox. Fingers crossed all is very stable now

Jezz I Have backups
OK this is really why I hate windows 10 home I recently spent days changing my pc setup to use 120G. SSD. drive as my C: drive only installing windows 10 home and all my software to it in doing so I relocated my in tier user documents Folders to a new 500G Drive D: doing this freed up space on the SSD to add more software and gave me a larger storage drive D and made the pc run faster into the bargain it all worked great until last night after updating the windows creators download it turned to shit in a basket

Windows 10 installed just fine no changes were made to the internal windows settings that I setup in windows
But windows changed all my software setting back to the default settings and uninstalled my paid for password manager
losing all my pass words but best of all windows set all my user documents folders back to windows default C drive locking access to my user documents on the D drive but letting me access the blank drive just ****ing great so now the C drive has all the users documents folder back on it but no files in them

My other PC has the same configuration as well but with windows PRO and has no problems and works just fine

Glad you got it sorted Col. I thought our laptop was up to something yesterday and sure enough it had started this 1709 download. Took half a day so I did the PC whilst waiting, took and hour or two, it's a long job for no obvious benefit. Ours are on Win10 Pro and Home but thankfully have standard drives and both went on fine with just Classic Shell to enable

I too have updated to 1709, but now I have to sign-in twice before gaining access to my programmes etc. Is this the same for everyone or just a quirk on my laptop?
