This time I'll do my damnedest to be there, probably for the Saturday. Bringing Fakedeck and the 6550 project providing a) it's finished, b) it works!

UPDATE.

The new venue is:

The Fox Inn
Colsterworth
Grantham
Lincolnshire
NG33 5LN

http://www.information-britain.co.uk...?Place_ID=2852

Please note the information is out of date, there are only 2 rooms available for B&B.

Accommodation suggestion here:

http://www.travelodge.co.uk/find_a_h...hamSouthWitham

Suggested new dates,the 22nd and 23rd September 2007.

Hope that helps.

Kindest Regards

Martin

Although the address suggests The Fox Inn is at Colsterworth,it is actually on the A1 just before the southbound exit for South Witham.

Hi Colin,
The room can seat 250,so i would think just a little larger than Owstfest.
It has a low ceiling, carpet around the perimeter, wooden middle for dancing, also a 'snug'.
The function room is seperate to the rest of the pub,we have our own entrance and toilets.
There is even an 8 acre field available if anyone would like to camp.

Kindest Regards

Martin

Is there a charge for the camping field?

Martin,
the quote "low ceiling" has me concerned. Will my Acorns be too high?

Perhaps you could measure the ceiling height for me. I wouldn't want to lug the ESLs and the new gm70 monoblocs down to the venue only to find the ceiling too low for my Acorns.

I will do more research in the next few days and report back.
I personally like the idea of camping, but will it catch on?

Hi Martin-would "camping" also cover the use of a caravan ?
