How to test 300B triodes on a B&K 606 tester
 

Hi folks

I just thought I'd post this for anyone who has a B&K Dyna-Jet Valve (Tube) Tester Model 606 and wants to be able to test 300B triodes, which you can't on this model without an adapter and setup data. I have put a PDF on my web site at http://homepages.tcp.co.uk/~nroberts/300B_Testing.pdf

The technique described should also work with any emission-type valve tester that does not have a UX4 socket and no information on testing 300B valves!
