I saw him in the flesh once, he was a lot smaller than you would imagine and had extremely cratered skin. But anyway without the studio lights and makeup and stature enhancement techniques he was just recognisable.

He'd never get a job in broadcasting today, wrong sex wrong sexual orientation and wrong looks.

Couldn't agree more. Tremendously influential and very infectious enthusiasm on the screen. I also agree with Paul - he wouldn't be today's chosen presenter.

RIP

Have you even seen Graham Norton!

Then again I suppose he is meant to be comical.
I do not suppose they would even care about the sexuality of most would be presenters today, so much so that we wouldn't even know about it.

Perhaps it is more important really, that we don't mind about a person's sexual preference.

I'd be interested in what sex Graham Norton actually is. Is anyone sure? At least Raymond Baxter didn't have to resort to cheap sexually orientated inuendo to sell his product. Norton is the **** of our current society. Baxter was everything we now would be better aspiring to. Oh, I'm a bit old but not that old. It's just that in my view, Norton epitomizes all that is wrong with our society and our country and it's a downward slope.

Best wishes,

Greg

What are you banging on about you old f**t!

Graham Norton is quality entertainment and no mistake.
Next you will be telling us that you do not like Big Brother and the rest of those harmless reality shows, that charming new Charlotte Church show, paparazzi, tabloid papers, Metrosexual god David Beckham and the other rightfully deified young footy scallywags who live on the breadline just to entertain us, Soap Operas, Celebrities, Mobile phone ditties, boy bands, I could go on, but clearly you're not with the times.

I must be naive I didn't know anything about his sexual orientation. I just thought that after he left the programme it was never the same.

Sorry, i'm losing the plot here. Are you suggesting that RB was gay (which would surprise me a lot), or that he wouldn't get a job in broadcasting now because he wasn't gay (which wouldn't surprise me in the least)?
